Jillian Lauren is a Rhode Island–based artist specializing in immersive, experiential artwork for weddings, events, and extraordinary spaces.

I am fascinated by moments suspended between reality and imagination—instances where memory, emotion, and spectacle collide. My work exists in that space, where painting, sculpture, and immersive installation converge to tell stories that are both personal and shared.

I draw inspiration from glamour, nostalgia, and the unexpected poetry of everyday life. Whether through a disco-encrusted animal sculpture, a hand-painted wedding scene, or a site-specific mural, I invite viewers to linger, interact, and see familiar experiences transformed into something extraordinary.

Much of my practice is performative: I create live, in real time, allowing the energy of a room, the presence of guests, or the rhythm of a moment to shape the work. These pieces are living, breathing extensions of the environments and stories they inhabit—art that remembers the people and the energy as much as the visual.
